Agriturismo Malga Vallorsara is in a perfect position, immersed in the green of Alpe Cimbra, it’s easily reachable by mountain bike through the street taking to Fiorentini and it’s well connected to Passo Coe and Forte Sommo Alto, thanks to a high number of cycling routes well-kept and well-marked.
The Agriturismo comes as a natural consequence of the Maso Engher’s farming business, in fact during the summer the cows, that usually stay in the farm, move over in the mountain pasture, allowing to produce an excellent and natural milk, pasteurised and transformed into different cheeses and other dairy products. Milk products are used as ingredients of the amazing dishes in the Agriturismo cuisine. All the dairy products are also sold in the shop in Costa di Folgaria.
Agriturismo Malga Vallorsara is a construction with two different buildings: in the first one there are the rural dining area, the kitchen, the bathroom and a multipurpose room; in the second one there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, a restroom and, adjoining the new cowshed and the new and modern dairy barn.
At Malga Vallorsara all mountain bikers will find a bycicle stand to park their bike, a service point with the necessary tools for bicycle care and maintenance, an e-bike charging station and a “Maps & Information” point.
For all the bikers that will reach Agriturismo Malga Vallorsara there will be the chance to have lunch with “piatti malga” (10 Euro only) or meals with regional and dairy origin’s products, the opportunity to have a refreshing shower, and to spend the night in the Agriturismo’s guestrooms - advance booking is recommended.
Malga Vallorsara is opened every weekend in June and September – everyday in July and August.
